First, I really liked that it came with everything you need…a screwdriver to be exact. It makes things 10x faster since I didn’t have to search for the right tool/size. Second, it was easy to install, but it would have been nice to have known what fit you were looking for with the fittings that when on the headrest poles. Tried a few different ones to get the one I needed. Lastly, it works exactly the way I needed it to work and my kid loves it and finds it comfortable and easy to adjust to her needs.

To be honest I was not sure I would like these but after a single 5-hour trip with them, I am sold. They are comfortable, give your neck some support so you don’t arrive with your neck giving you pains and they just are perfect for napping in the car. The installation was pretty easy, everything you need is in the box. I have to say the instructions on a scale of 1-10 were about a 6 or 7 since I had to stop and figure out what they were saying a time or two but overall the pictures show you exactly what to do, my only addition would be that in any situation where you are putting metal screws into plastic, don’t go all gorilla on it or you will break it :)I did not realize that you can stand these up out of the way and they don’t present any more problem than your headrest already does, so other than a small concern about the instructions I have to give it a 4.5 which I gladly will round off to 5 Stars. If you travel as a passenger a lot or carry a family that likes to nap along the way, you need this!

I have been looking something support my head & neck to stop my head banging on the windows during long drives trip.
